My Story

My journey into nutritional therapy began at a point where, on paper, everything looked “normal”—but in reality, I felt anything but.

While balancing teaching, studying, and raising a family of three, I found myself constantly pushing through. Over time, the exhaustion built. My energy was low, my resilience to stress was diminished, and I no longer felt like myself.

I went to my doctor and was reassured that my blood tests were “normal.” But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

If you’ve ever been told you’re fine, when you feel far from it—you’ll understand how frustrating and confusing that can be.

Alongside the fatigue and overwhelm, my digestion was also impacted. I experienced frequent bloating, excessive belching, and even struggled at times to take a full, satisfying breath. My body felt out of balance in a way I couldn’t ignore.

I began experiencing many of the signs now commonly associated with hormone imbalance and burnout—fatigue, poor stress tolerance, disrupted sleep, and a nervous system that felt constantly under strain.

I knew I Needed To Look Deeper.

Through functional testing, I was able to see what standard testing had missed. It revealed a picture of adrenal depletion, hormone imbalances, and a nervous system under pressure. Stool testing also highlighted low mucosal secretions—an indication that my immune system was under strain and not functioning optimally.

Even my thyroid, while technically within the conventional range, was not functioning optimally for my body.

For the first time, I had answers that made sense.

This Was The Turning Point.

Through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, I began to support my body in a way that felt aligned with what it truly needed. Gradually, my energy returned, my digestion improved, my resilience increased, and I began to feel more balanced, calm, and like myself again.

This Experience Reshaped How I Understand Health.

I believe that “normal” is not the same as optimal—and that we all deserve to feel well, not just “fine.” Our bodies are incredibly intelligent, and when we learn how to listen and support them properly, real change becomes possible.

Today, I support others who feel the same way I once did—exhausted, out of balance, and searching for answers.
