Terms of Engagement – Health with Simone
1. Payment
All services provided by Health with Simone must be paid for in advance.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, or stripe. Where applicable, invoices must be settled prior to the start of your consultation or programme.
Payment plans may be available for selected coaching packages and will be agreed in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your package.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled within this timeframe may be rescheduled. Late cancellations and missed sessions will not be refunded or rebooked.
All sessions include a 15-minute grace period. If you do not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show.
For online consultations, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection. If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues on your side, the session will still be charged.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your privacy is taken seriously at Health with Simone.
All personal and health information shared during consultations is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).
Your practitioner may keep notes relating to your health, progress, and recommendations to support your care.
Confidentiality may only be broken where there is a legal obligation or where there are serious concerns for your safety or the safety of others.
With your consent, communication with your GP or other healthcare professionals may occur where appropriate.

4. Scope of Practice
Nutrition coaching and functional testing are complementary approaches designed to support health, well-being, and performance.
Health with Simone does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and services provided are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are advised to consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Where appropriate, you may be referred to other healthcare professionals to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
5. Functional Testing
Functional testing may be recommended to gain further insight into your health.
All testing is optional and will be discussed with you in advance, including costs and purpose.
You are responsible for following all instructions provided for testing. Delays or errors in sample collection may affect results and may require retesting at additional cost.
6. Supplements & Recommendations
As part of your programme, personalised recommendations may include dietary changes, lifestyle strategies, and nutritional supplements.
In some cases, Health with Simone may receive a commission on recommended products or services. All recommendations are made based on professional judgement and your individual needs.
7. Results & Expectations
Results from nutrition coaching and functional testing vary between individuals.
While guidance is evidence-based and personalised, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
Your results will depend on multiple factors, including adherence to recommendations and individual health status.
8. Working with Other Professionals
You may be encouraged to work alongside other qualified professionals to support your health goals.
Any communication or sharing of information will only take place with your explicit consent.
9. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Health with Simone, you agree that:
- You are responsible for consulting your GP regarding any health concerns
- You will inform Simone of any medical diagnoses, medications, or supplements you are taking
- You will inform your healthcare providers of any nutritional recommendations you receive
- You will follow agreed recommendations responsibly
- You will seek clarification if anything is unclear
- You will report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly
10. Complaints
If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact Health with Simone directly so the issue can be addressed promptly.
If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the relevant professional body.
11. Consent & Agreement
By booking and attending consultations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Engagement.
Recording of consultations is not permitted without prior written consent from both parties.
